Friday Evening Beer Choice: Prairie Artisan Ale’s DryHopped Belgian-Style Ale

After a long week of work and kids it is time to unwind with a good brew that is sure to hit the spot. Tonight’s choice is a dry hopped Belgian styled ale brewed up by the guys at Prairie Artisan Ale. Barnyard and grass like characters first appear followed by notes of citrus and floral hops, black pepper and cannabis. A slight sting of citrus hop bitterness is prevalent at first with flavors of banana and clove and freshly baked french bread appear with hints of green tea and orange peel. Overall it brings a since of relaxation and helps enhance the now in springtime. Grab a bottle, sip and savor. Cheers and God bless!
